I have owned and used this sander for over six months. It works very well, has minimal vibration, plenty of power, the dust catcher feature works fine and it is comfortable in my hand. It does have one major problem and that involves the front paper clamp feature which is operated by the red button. The steel clamp has a piece of rubber that is attached to it and is the part that actually presses on the sand paper. The problem is that after using the sander for about an hour the piece of rubber came off and keeps coming off every time I use the sander. The piece of rubber is very necessary because without it the clamp doesn't press tightly enough on the sand paper to hold it in position. I tried using rubber cement to glue the piece of rubber to the steel clamp but it still kept coming off. Finally I threw the rubber part away, took a short piece of roughly 1/8 inch rubber tubing and slit it along one side. I then slipped it on to the steel clamp and since then it's held in place...
