not what I thought it would be
my plan was to use this saw for light to medium cuts in 3/4" or less. Maybe it will cut balsa wood but not very effective in pine or harder.
saw blades and guide are too light duty (flex) and the sole plate does not stay in the locked position. Tool is what it is... a toy. I have not used it since...don't waste your money on this one.
