I can say that I have used it for about 2+ hours straight with no problems desoldering several scrap project I had collected. I have used it a dozen or so times for quick rework since purchasing. The printed contents list seems to be outdated. The "screen filters" mentioned seemed to have been replaced with a simple small circular sponge. This filter acts as the last protection from solder flowing back to the pump. I would recommend cleaning out the filters several times if you plan to use it for a extended period of time and always after each use. My only complaint is that the filter compartment is a little cheaply made. However the entire system works very well. I have had it about 1 month so I cannot say anything for the longevity.
