Surely not perfect
Well I received my machine, uncrated and setup. I experienced 2 problems right away, the foot pedal leaned to 1 side very noticeably and the upper casting on both sides was not shaped correctly so if you inserted a piece of sheet metal against either of the side guide rulers and tried to slide it under the cutter you ran into the casting. I called Jet tech support and spoke to them about these problems and they suggested that I contact Amazon (heavy products division) for which he provided the phone # and have the unit swapped out, now I'm thinking oh great this ought to be fun, so I called, spoke to a very nice woman who apologized for the problem and I had a new machine in about a week and they picked up the dud all for no charge!!! You can't really ask for much better customer service then that.

Now onto machine #2, so I uncrate and set up the new replacement machine and although the jump step is straight on this one, it also suffers from the casting problem that...

Perfect for the Home
The economy is really taking a toll on my household and finding ways to cut costs has become a daily chore. Hand-me-downs, drastically lowering the thermostat, candles for lighting, burning cardboard boxes in an old 55 gallon drum outside to cook, and turning the car off when traveling downhill have become common practices in the house. The rising costs of medical and dental care have really put a dent in the budget. Premiums and co-pays have risen too high but oral health is very important to me and my family. When it seemed impossible to afford dental work, I saved up and bought the Vogue Pro Dental Drill with Foot Pedal. I could not believe this fine instrument was 50% off retail and STILL included the foot pedal.

After a few weeks of studying at the local library and stocking up on Old Gran-Dad and some ethyl ether, I was elbow deep into my family's mouths drilling away at those persistent cavities. No more deferred dental treatment in my house! This drill works...
