Good choice for the price
The unit works well and the price is right. Heats up fast and its temperature is reasonably accurate. The handle is easy to hold (not bulky like some others) and it comes with a stand/solder-dispenser.
What bothers me is that its red LED lights when it is heating, so it is blinking on and off during use. It is quite annoying to see this blinking and I wish it was more subtle or be a different color. The power light is also red and neither one is labeled.
The stand/dispenser is another story. It can hold a spool (or two, for smaller spools), but it is not designed nor built well (quality control issue). I had to be file it down to make the soldering iron fit the stand. It has a very thin cleaning sponge that dries out quickly.
