This jet belt sander has good power and is stable when using it.I use if for sanding and grinding metal.This is not the fastest machine for shaping parts,but compared to the alternative of 2 thousand for a bur king it's a good value.One bad part is the 2x42 belt size is not very common so they are hard to find atleast locally.This sander has good weight and does not vibate when under load.Plus does not take up to much bench space.I purchased this for Amazon and they shipped for free I received it in four days.
