Awesome Power
Purchased for some work under a car that has seen its share of salty roads in the Northeast over the years. I also recently bought a 2135timax 1/2" driver and although its specs say it has like 800 ft lbs it didn't have the power to get some of the bolts loose (although I was using a 3/8" hose on that gun and bought a 1/2" hose with the 3/4" driver). If the 2135timax sounds like a couple 20 oz hammers this one sounds like a couple 3lb sledges. It has tons of power and can loosen just about any bolt you will come across. This power is all held in a pretty small package as well, and it's not too heavy. I was really suprised how compact it is. Anything on a car that's not a pretty big bolt (think shock bolts or control arms) and I wouldn't use this or it might snap them off, but for those big, stuck bolts this plus Kroil worked wonders. I was thinking about getting the 2145max from Ingersoll because it had a little more rated power but it wasn't available on Prime and I needed this gun...
