This is a real drill - probably overkill for the homeowner, but a great tool.
I suppose most buyers of these are pros, so my review may not be applicable.

Last winter I had to drill about 15 holes in a concrete floor to anchor some pallet racking - nothing special - 3/8 holes 3 inches deep. So I pull out my trusty Milwaukee 1/2 holeshooter with hammer function - which I have drilled many many anchor holes with. I don't know what kind of concrete was in that floor, but the milwaukee struggled - I resharpened 3 carbide masonry bits 3 times to get 2/3 of the holes drilled in about 2 hours. I seriously wondered if the drill or my arm was going to fail first - the vibration was incredible.
