Decent tool for the need it fills
This is a great tool for working in tight spaces. In particular I have found it useful for installing Simpson structural connectors, such as hurricane ties in between deck joists, where even my 18v Dewalt impact driver will not fit. The 700 in/bls of torque are adequate for running most screws but do not expect to install lag screws of any length with this driver. It even seems to be slower at installing Timberlok screws than my old 18v Dewalt drill/driver, which is rated at only 500 in/bls of torque. However, its compact size and lower torque (for an impact driver) makes it an excellent driver for Kregs pocket hole screws.
While this driver will never replace my larger impact drivers it does fill an important niche.
