Great sander...
I am a professional woodworker and this is my third Dynabrade in fifteen years. The first one lasted the longest and was sad to retire it when Dynabrade told us they didn't offer rebuild kits. I replaced it with the least expensive Dynabrade model which lasted around three years before it wore out. Not bad, but a let-down compared to the first one. I never inquired about rebuilding it. I use this with 120-grit PSA sandpaper. It works great on aggressive sanding, but works better when the sander does the work.
