Works Well, but noisy..
Purchased this cooler for my Everlast TIG welder. The cooler works well and is easy to set up. The fan is VERY loud and when combined with the fan of the welder, it's deafening. I think there should be a sensor installed to monitor coolant temperature. When the temperature reaches a certain degree then it should switch on the fan. I see what they are doing. It's a cost savings because they use one motor to circulate coolant and the fan. I suspect that if the coolant was allowed to circulate without the fan, it would be sufficient to cool the torch safely.
The unit is very well constructed as is the Everlast brand of welders. Even with the loud fan, I am very satisfied.
