Surely not perfect
Well I received my machine, uncrated and setup. I experienced 2 problems right away, the foot pedal leaned to 1 side very noticeably and the upper casting on both sides was not shaped correctly so if you inserted a piece of sheet metal against either of the side guide rulers and tried to slide it under the cutter you ran into the casting. I called Jet tech support and spoke to them about these problems and they suggested that I contact Amazon (heavy products division) for which he provided the phone # and have the unit swapped out, now I'm thinking oh great this ought to be fun, so I called, spoke to a very nice woman who apologized for the problem and I had a new machine in about a week and they picked up the dud all for no charge!!! You can't really ask for much better customer service then that.

Now onto machine #2, so I uncrate and set up the new replacement machine and although the jump step is straight on this one, it also suffers from the casting problem that...
