The Good:
Vacuum has great suction (and blowing) power. Simple, sturdy design. Milwaukee's (email) customer service is great.
The Bad:
Why did I need customer support? The assembly instructions don't specify which way to put on the wheels. Please DO NOT hammer the metal hub caps onto the wheels before FIRST fitting the assembly of the undercarriage on the lower rim of the metal body of the vacuum. The wheels only go on ONE way. Once the wheels are on inside out, it's EXTREMELY hard to pry the hub caps back off. Removal involves the metal blade of a spackling tool (to protect the soft plastic of the wheels), a screwdriver, safety goggles, and quite a bit of swearing. If you avoid putting the wheels on inside out, assembly is easy.
The Ugly:
When ordering the vacuum, I called amazon customer service to find out whether the vacuum will be delivered with attachments. The employee at amazon's call center read the website to me I was looking at (which didn't...
