Minimal solution for portable welding.
It is, what it is. For the price, it is nothing more than a metal folding table, with a stamped steel zinc plated top (cannot rely on it for flatness). Beats welding on a wooden table, as you can ground the table and not wind up with a pile of ashes. Also, fairly lightweight, and there for a good solution for carrying to remote sites. I prefer the miller version, which is a little more heavy duty, and better suited for shops with limited space, as it is a real 3/16" plate steel top. In addition to the folding model (2x the cost of this one), the Millers come in stationary/casters models, with varying options. For lightweight duty this one is fine though.
