Lower quality than most jet tools
This was one of 5 large tools we got from JET for our new furniture studio and hands down my least favorite, problems with belt tracking, drive belt slipping and poor tolerances right out the gate. Its billed as a metal/wood working machine but it does not have the HP to grind/smooth even small metal pieces. We have ended up using out hand held grinders rather than bother walking over to this machine. I would either get a much heavier duty unit or only use this for woodworking projects as we now will.
