My SpeeCo is not this model but it's very similar. I see some great improvements on these photos:
1. On this one the Engine is opposite the operator. Mine is on the operator side and the exhaust is right under my nose.
2. Larger diameter wheels make it easier to jockey around by hand. My little wheels get stopped dead by a 1 inch stick on the ground.
3. Hinged front support stand. Mine is put on and off with a cotter pin.

But in the photos, I still see features I had to modify on mine. I welded on a bigger foot because large diameter wood slips off the little SpeeCo foot. Check out the foot on the Steele Products SP-LS22.
I ground down the head of the bolt at the cylinder rod end because it's dangerous to operator's hands. Also I ground off the threaded end of that bolt and rounded over the nut.
